Smoking is a nasty habit that can cause serious problems on both the physical and emotion aspects of a person. Smoking is of course linked to heart diseases, obesity, cancers, and skin problems. Smoking can also lead to lose of self-esteem and social problems.

An iPod is a wonderful device that could be used for entertainment and educational purposes. Audio books could be played which could help you out with a certain foreign word, music can be played which can help you exercise, and birthday greetings can be heard in this wonderful multimedia device.
